Tube
Bending:
Our tube bending
department is equipped to manufacture tube
assemblies
in-house that require bending,
flaring, beading, swaging, and/or welding on
flanges or ports. |

We
have a very extensive inventory of standard
bending tooling,
but again if your needs require something
special, we will design
and manufacture that tooling to your
requirements.
Testing:
Because testing is critical in the
manufacturing of tube assemblies, SSI
uses non-destructive testing / inspection
and pressure testing.

Laser
Tube Inspection:
SSI uses state of the art tube processing Tube Data
Measuring System with 3D graphic inspection display
with laser inspection data reports.
Our non-contact laser tube inspection stations
perform highly accurate tube measurement and quality
inspections optically using visible spectrum lasers. |
